Terms and Conditions.

We design, develop and deploy your website under the following conditions.

1. We start counting 3 days excluding the data collection period where the period depends on how fast we obtain content material (we will send you a form) from you.

2. We begin counting the 3 daya after the client has paid full amount of the deposit(50%)

3. We begin counting the 3 days after the client has given us all the necessary material eg. company profile, logo, services, products and digital photos.

4. Our professional designers develop an attractive and professional designs and our designs are open for minor modifications without a major overhaul.

5. This package (domain name and domain hosting, email account) is only valid for one year.

6. The client pays the same amount to renew the the package (domain name, hosting, website design renewal).

6. The client must pay the final balance after the launch of the website. We reserve the right to interrupt and disable the website if the cient fails to make the payment. We do not accept post dated cheques.

7. Upon mutual agreement we can extend the period of the development project to days not exceeding 5 days.

8. We analyze the size of your company and if we realise from the content of the website that your company is big we reserve to charge you different fee from this special.

9. If you send us your company email by email, we can easily complete the project in time.

10. This fee does not include maintenance fee. Maintainance arrangement could be made.
